All climbers MUST sign a waiver. You may choose an individual or a family waiver. See the Family Waiver below for qualifications to use that form.
Individuals under age 18 must have the signature of a parent/guardian in order to climb. You may download and print the waiver here so that minor can bring it with them, or accompany minor to the event and sign waiver there. Please use common sense. Young children should be accompanied by a responsible adult or older sibling. We cannot supervise your child.
Please see the permission slips below and read the details. You may download and print the permission slips for your MIDDLE and HIGH SCHOOL students. They still MUST BRING THE SIGNED THE 9/11 WAIVER (individual or family as appropriate) with them, or bring parent with them to the event to sign the waiver.
